Command’s Guide

Appointment to the rank of Senior Member opens up a world of new opportunities for our future leaders to demonstrate their abilities.  Whether they contribute through leading their guildmates into battle, or by hosting events, or through the less glorious but very necessary work of interviewing and aiding our new candidates – all of these vital tasks help contribute to the strength of the guild.

It is from the ranks of the most seasoned and capable Senior Members that our command ranks are filled.  First, to the Command Rank within their order (designated by the silver wreath), and for each order – a single commander will be elevated to the rank of Archon (designated by the gold wreath).

Duties of a Command Rank Member

A Command Rank member performs all of the duties and responsibilities of a Senior Member, but also has the added honor and responsibility to volunteer for our weekly scheduled hunts (a volunteer thread is posted each week on the Hunt Lodge forum).  Command Rank members have also demonstrated the leadership and ability required to lead  their guildmates into veteran hunt venues.
What’s Next?
Like prior ranks, advancement beyond the Command ranks are based on sustained positive contributions to the guild, in the form of continued Lance Leads, hosting of events and hunts, and helping with the interview process for our new candidates.  In addition, we examine proven loyalty and dedication to the guild when selecting members to continue in their advancement within Marrach Faol.
