Senior Member’s Guide
A Senior Member rank is the first step in advancement within Marrach Faol, and is reserved for those members that have demonstrated their leadership and followership abilities through sustained and constructive activity within the guild – both as a member and as a leader.
The post of Senior Member is designated by the bronze wreath, and identifies the bearer of a Senior Member title as a proven leader in Marrach Faol – and one that is prepared to move onto greater challenges and responsibilities within Marrach Faol.
Duties of a Senior Member
Interviewing Candidates
The most important job of a Senior Member is to help us with the candidate interview process.
Leading Hunts
As a Senior Member, you can now host hunts. Prior to hosting your first hunt, make sure you are completely familiar with the Hunt Leader’s Guide. You may also want to take the time to review the Hunting Guide so you will be able to make more informed decisions regarding policy enforcement and the evaluation of candidates.
What’s Next?
Advancement beyond the Senior ranks are based on sustained positive contributions to the guild, in the form of continued Lance Leads, hosting of events and hunts, and helping with the interview process for our new candidates.
